BETILLON / DORVAL‐BORY is an architecture office based in Paris and Toulouse.

Working since 2007, Raphaël Bétillon and Nicolas Dorval‐Bory officially join forces in 2009.

The office works in a wide range of scales, from public buildings to small experimental projects.

Nicolas Dorval‐Bory (1980) graduated from the School of Architecture of Paris Val de Seine. After various experiences for architects in Paris (Andrée Putman, Pascal & Laurent Grasso, Laurent Deroo), he set up his office there in 2007. In 2008, he moves to Chile and Argentina where he collaborates with local young firms (Emilio Marin, S. Irarrazaval, Max Zolkwer/Supersudaca). In 2010 he returns to Europe to establish his new office Bétillon / Dorval‐Bory. In 2011, he teaches meteorological architecture along with Philippe Rahm at the school of architecture of Normandie.

Raphaël Bétillon (1980) graduated from the School of Architecture of Toulouse in 2005. Previous to his diploma he worked as an assistant to art curator Ami Barak, and later with François Roche (R&Sie). Since 2006, as an independant architect, he has mainly worked with private clients. In 2009, he is a teacher at the University of Mirail, Applied Arts Master’s degree.
